Jasmine Jennings, the fiancée of a man who died inside a locked mattress trailer, plans to announce a lawsuit today against the Sealy Mattress facility in Conyers.

A metro Atlanta woman has filed a lawsuit against the world’s largest mattress manufacturer after her fiance died while trapped inside one of the company’s trailers.

Tragically, Sealy chose to act only to protect its own property, while consciously choosing to disregard the life of Joshua and the pleas of his family,” the lawsuit states.

A Georgia man’s family is seeking justice after his body was discovered in the back of a locked trailer at a Sealy Mattress facility in Conyers about a week after he wandered onto the property during a mental health crisis.
