A sign said the Kentucky Drivers Licensing Office had a two-to-three hour wait. "And that's a lie," Oakley remarked. In total, he waited nearly seven hours.

The National Weather Service recorded 3 inches of snow at the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. Total snow depth in the area is 5 inches when taking into account the snow left over from earlier in the week. Jeffersonville, Indiana also received 3 inches of snow.
"We've been making good progress," said Mayor Craig Greenberg. "We're going to continue to make good progress. Most roads in Louisville now on our snow route have all now been touched twice, and we are going to keep going." There are 110 routes and more than 2,700 lane miles of road, according to Greenberg.
