Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers missed another day of practice but the Ravens got running back Justice Hill back to full participation.

In good news, running back Justice Hill shed his non-contact jersey Wednesday and was a full practice participant. That's a good sign after he missed last week's game due to illness. Hill hasn't played since the Ravens' last game against the Steelers on Dec. 21, and his return would be a big boost.
