Jeff Baena, a filmmaker who was married to actress Aubrey Plaza, was found dead on Friday morning. Law enforcement officials said Baena's cause of death is believed to be suicide, TMZ reported Saturday morning. The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office opened up a case into Baena's death, per their website.

Aubrey Plaza is speaking out after the death of her husband, director Jeff Baena, who died on Jan. 3 at the age of 47.

Aubrey's late husband was found unresponsive and pronounced dead in Los Angeles, authorities said.
