A federal judge on Monday held Rudy Giuliani in contempt for failing to turn over information to two former Georgia election workers he defamed after the 2020 presidential election, as they continue to try to collect $150 million in damages.

A federal judge in New York City has found Rudy Giuliani in contempt of court for failing to properly respond to information requests in a $148 million defamation judgment against him.

Giuliani has refused to turn over assets to former Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, who won a nearly $150 million defamation lawsuit against him.
