LSU needed transfer wide receivers after losing senior Kyren Lacy (exhausted eligibility) and senior CJ Daniels (transfer portal). The Tigers are only bringing back two wideouts, redshirt sophomore Aaron Anderson and junior Zavion Thomas, who had more than five catches during the regular season.

LSU football made its first addition of transfer portal season, signing former Oklahoma tight end Bauer Sharp. According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Sharp was the fifth-best available tight end in the portal.

Brian Kelly and Co. will utilize the portal with an "aggressive" approach, look to add double-digit transfers.
