At least seven Palestinians have been martyred in Israel bomb attacks on the Nassr and Sabra neighbourhoods of Gaza City. This led the total martyrdom toll to forty-four thousand eight hundred and seventy five since the war began in Gaza on October 7 last year.

Dozens of Palestinians died in Israel airstrikes last week as the U.S. said it saw movement from Israel and Hamas on a cease-fire deal.

Israel killed 13 Palestinians in two airstrikes on Thursday that Gaza medics and Hamas said were part of a force protecting humanitarian aid trucks, but Israel's military said they were Hamas militants trying to hijack the shipment.

An Israeli strike in the central section of the Gaza Strip resulted in numerous fatalities on Thursday, according to Palestinian reports, with other deaths reported elsewhere including eight suspected Hamas members.

The strike came just hours after US President Joe Biden’s national security adviser raised hopes about a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas and that would end more than a year of war in the Strip.

Palestinian medical officials say Israeli airstrikes have killed at least 28 people in the Gaza Strip, including seven children and a woman.

Bodies are completely evaporating, and they’re not even finding remains of people anymore,” a UN officer said.
