CHARLOTTE — Officials say one person is dead after a crash in Uptown Charlotte overnight. MEDIC says that they were called to the intersection of 6th Street and Brevard Street just before midnight for a crash.

A dispute involving multiple people turned deadly on East Trade Street in uptown Charlotte Sunday, Dec. 8, according to Charlotte Mecklenburg police. The identity of the male who died has not been released.

One person is dead after a crash in Tate County, according to Mississippi Highway Patrol. On Dec. 11, just before 8:40 p.m., MHP responded to the crash on Highway 4. A 52-year-old was driving a 2009 Nissan Versa on Highway 4 when it crashed with a 2017 Toyota Tundra driven by an 80-year-old attempting to make a left turn onto Highway 305.

One person is dead and another person is seriously hurt after a crash late Saturday night in uptown Charlotte. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said the crash happened near the Spectrum Center at 6th Street and Brevard Street.
